Wow! What a great list! This could also be called 20 Ways to Serve & Encourage Others.

I sent this on to my son who is really at times wondering what to say. So many of those 20 things to say are things that we ourselves would like to be able to ask for help but can’t seem to make ourselves do. (my pride gets in the way) Because of course we want to be able to seem that we can still do it all.

This, as well-meaning as it is, is *not* something to say to someone who is actually experiencing symptoms of a chronic illness. Save this one for remission.
