Each year, many National Invisible Chronic Illness Awareness Week partners are participating in innovative and creative ways to create a growing awareness that most chronic illnesses are invisible.

We invite you to participate in this important campaign.

We love our sponsors and couldn’t do it without them. If you are a sponsor, we will promote your involvement and services in any way possible. We’re all in this together and our goal is to inform people about the many resources out there!


WHAT A SPONSOR RECEIVES:

message-posts1We have a wide variety of ways that you can receive promotion for your organization/web site, etc.

These include:

  • Do you have an in-demand topic? We’ll will consider you or a representative of your organization to be one of our seminar speakers for the 5-day virtual conference.
  • Ad space, rotating with other ads, 295 pixels wide by 80 pixels high (see the right of this area) This ad shows up on every page. You can send it to us as a .gif or .jpg or we will design one for an additional $25 donation.
  • Be mentioned in our press releases about the event. We send out about 15 news releases and will mention you in at least half of them as a sponsor.
  • You can send us up to 200 brochures, flyers, or postcards for us to include in our orders of books and all invisible illness week logo goodies that go out to Rest Ministries/HopeKeepers customers. Somewhere the piece must say, “Sponsor of National Invisible Chronic Illness Awareness Week.” If it does not have it on the piece, please add a sticker to it somewhere. Email/fax us the piece for approval before sending it.
  • cover-final-med21A listing in a future issue of HopeKeepers Magazine that says, “Thank you to the following sponsors. . .” This is a hard-copy 64-page consumer magazine that goes out to about 10,000.
  • A listing in a future issue of HopeNotes that says, “Thank you to the following sponsors. . .” This is an e-zine that goes out to about 10,000 people.
  • The opportunity to have an article on our web site as either an “article” or as a “featured blogger.” (You can submit for both)
WHAT A SPONSOR COMMITS TO:

  • A sponsor commits to giving a minimum donation of $150. As our thanks you will receive.
  • Posting a button on the web site about being a sponsor (we will email it to you.)
  • General support of the event, including social networking things like “following us on Twitter,” “Tweeting” about it, sending “ReTweets.” Joining our “cause” group on Facebook; Committing to blogging about the event of posting an article on your own web site about it, mentioning it in your own web site, etc.

Please send us a topic and why you think it should be represented during our conference.

Regarding the ad, decide if you want to design an ad for our web site or have us do it. Email us the ad or a query about design. The sooner we receive it the sooner it can be posted. It should be 295 pixels wide by 80 pixels high. There is a $25 fee if we design the ad. All ads are subject to our approval.

Please email/fax us the piece you would like to have included in our orders that go out to Rest Ministries/HopeKeepers customers for approval. Once approved, you can send us 200 brochures, flyers, or postcards to Rest Ministries, Attn. II Week, PO Box 502928, San Diego, CA 92150. Remember, somewhere the piece must say, “Sponsor of National Invisible Chronic Illness Awareness Week.” .

We encourage you to send us a query on any article(s) you may like to have considered for this web site. Let us know if you would like it to be considered as a featured blog or an article that resides on our article page.

Send us about 250 words about your cause or organization for our sponsors page, your logo you would like displayed, and one other photo you would like featured. You can provide up to 2 separate links. If you are donating a book or product, please send a graphic image of it and a description for us to also add to our prizes page.
